Reflexoogy is an ancient healing science believing there are relex areas in the feet, hands and ears corresponding to all glands, organs and tssues of the body. Reflexology is a natural science and art used to promote overall health and well being. It is a simple and noninvasive healing modality requiring no drugs, medications or special equipment. Reflexology is based on the principle that the feet hands and ears are microcosms (mini-maps) of all systems of the body. Specific manual pressure to any of the microcosms stimulates the corresponding part (reflex) of the body as well as the nervous system. Focused stimulation of the reflexes helps release stagnant toxins, thereby reducing stress on the body. This in turn helps improve circulation, restore energy flow and vitality to all systems of the body and promote internal balance.
